A red letter day for fans of my work and weird unplaceable accent: there are not one but two interviews with yours truly out today!
First up we have my second guest appearance on module-review podcast Between Two Cairns, where I join Brad and Yochai to review Gus L’s science-fantasy crystalcrawl adventure Tomb Robbers on the Crystal Frontier. I’ve previously talked about how much I admire this adventure and it was great to join the Hitman and Mr Hollywood to talk about fatherhood, tomb crystal poisoning, what to say if you see me on the street, Baby Twitter, and also manage to squeeze in some thoughts on the dungeon itself. I also talk a bit about my upcoming module The Shrike.
Secondly, as you can see below, I did a guest spot on the Dieku Games YouTube channel, talking to Gary Snow about my path into writing for RPGs, Vaults of Vaarn, a deep dive into what’s inside The Shrike book, and a bit about my inspirations generally and advice for upcoming writers. You will also get to see some of my shadowy face and a little bit of the mysterious unheated attic where I live and work in monastic isolation.
